The coach
Hi, I'm Vish, founder of On Form LDN and a personal trainer helping busy Londoners build strength, improve fitness and create sustainable habits that fit around real life.
For most of my career I worked in the startup and technology world, building businesses, leading teams and spending far too many years putting work ahead of my own health and fitness.
I know what it's like to juggle demanding work, family commitments and the feeling that there simply aren't enough hours in the day. Fitness was the constant that helped me stay physically and mentally strong through it all.
Today, I coach professionals, parents and complete beginners — whether you're stepping into a gym for the first time, returning after years away, or looking to take your training to the next level. Every session is tailored to your goals, your starting point and your lifestyle.
I believe great coaching isn't about quick fixes or extreme programmes. It's about building sustainable habits, developing confidence and creating a realistic approach to training that fits around work, family and everyday life.

I'm based in St Pancras and work with clients across North and Central London. Sessions can take place in St Pancras, selected private training studios across Central London, residential gyms, outdoor training spaces or other suitable private training environments, depending on what works best for you.
Absolutely. Many of my clients are either completely new to exercise or returning after a long break. Every programme is tailored to your current fitness level, confidence and goals — see Beginner Personal Training for the full approach.
During your complimentary consultation we'll talk through your goals, training history and lifestyle, and I'll recommend the most appropriate programme for you. That's usually one of three flagship pathways: Weight Loss Coaching, Beginner Personal Training or Strength Training. Every programme is then personalised around your schedule and starting point.
We'll begin with a relaxed conversation about your goals, current fitness level, lifestyle and any injuries or medical considerations. You'll then experience a complimentary taster session so you can get a feel for my coaching style and decide whether we're the right fit to work together.
Yes. Online coaching is built around the same personalised programming and accountability as my in-person work — tailored training, regular check-ins and honest feedback to keep you consistent wherever you train. Technology supports the coaching experience, but it never replaces the personal relationship.
This depends on your goals, lifestyle and experience. For most people, two to three structured sessions each week combined with regular movement is enough to build strength, improve fitness and create lasting results. During your consultation we'll create a realistic plan that works around your schedule.
