PERSONAL TRAINER IN

Flexible coaching locations

Train where
it suits you.

Based in North London, I coach clients across Camden, Kentish Town and the surrounding neighbourhoods. Rather than tying you to one venue, sessions are arranged around your week and can take place in:

  • Residential gyms in Camden, Kentish Town and surrounding developments, where the building permits
  • Suitable outdoor training locations across the local area
  • Outdoor training around Regent's Park and Primrose Hill where appropriate
  • Sessions along the Regent's Canal towpath
  • Other suitable training environments arranged around the client

That flexibility is the point: training should fit a Camden or Kentish Town week rather than add another commute to it. If you'd prefer a fully equipped private studio setting, On Form LDN has established coaching options nearby in King's Cross and St Pancras — a short journey down the road.

Why train in Camden?

Camden is one of the more genuinely liveable corners of North London for anyone trying to train consistently. Primrose Hill and Regent's Park are minutes away, the Regent's Canal towpath runs straight through, and Kentish Town and Chalk Farm add plenty of quieter routes for running and conditioning work. You rarely need to travel far to find somewhere sensible to train.

The flip side is that Camden weeks are busy and rarely identical. So the coaching is built to bend around that — a plan that survives a late finish, a weekend away or a fortnight of back-to-back meetings, rather than one that quietly falls apart the first time life gets in the way. The goal is steady, sustainable progress you can actually keep hold of.

Still have questions?

Questions before you book?

A few of the questions I'm asked most often by people looking for a personal trainer in Camden and Kentish Town.

On Form LDN doesn't run a permanent gym in Camden — coaching is arranged around you. Sessions usually take place in residential gym facilities within apartment buildings where the building permits an external trainer, in suitable outdoor spaces around Regent's Park, Primrose Hill and the Regent's Canal towpath, or in another appropriate private training environment we agree together. If you'd prefer a fully equipped private studio, On Form LDN has established sessions nearby in King's Cross and St Pancras, a short journey from Camden Town.

Yes. Kentish Town sits within the area I cover, alongside Camden Town, Chalk Farm and Primrose Hill. Sessions are arranged in your building's gym where that's an option, outdoors locally, or at a suitable training space nearby — whichever fits your week best.

Often, yes. It depends on two things: whether your building allows external personal trainers to coach residents, and whether the space and equipment are suitable for the training we want to do. Many of the newer developments around Camden Town, Kentish Town and Chalk Farm are well set up for it. It's worth checking your building's policy — I'm happy to talk it through before we commit to anything.

Yes, and Camden is genuinely well suited to it. Primrose Hill, the open space in Regent's Park and the Regent's Canal towpath all work well for strength, conditioning and running sessions. Outdoor training pairs nicely with indoor work — it keeps things varied and it's easy to keep momentum through the week.

Of course — a good number of my clients start with little or no training background, or come back after years away from it. We begin with a movement assessment, build technique gradually and progress at a pace that feels manageable. Nothing is rushed and nothing is assumed.

Yes. Fat loss is one of the goals I'm asked about most. The approach combines strength training, sensible conditioning and realistic nutrition habits that survive a busy week — no extreme diets and no plans that collapse the moment life gets in the way.

Yes. Whether you run the canal towpath, loop Regent's Park or you're building towards a 10k or half marathon, strength work makes a real difference to both performance and injury risk. Programmes are built around your running rather than competing with it.

We start with a relaxed conversation about your goals, training history and lifestyle, followed by a short movement assessment and an introductory session. There's no pressure and no obligation — it's simply the easiest way to see whether we're a good fit.

Most people make strong progress with two or three sessions a week alongside regular daily movement. We'll agree a schedule during your introduction that's realistic for your week rather than one that looks good on paper.

Yes. Online coaching combines personalised programming, weekly check-ins and ongoing accountability, and it works well on its own or alongside in-person sessions — useful if you travel, work irregular hours or want to keep training consistent between face-to-face weeks.
