Privacy Notice

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, and — if you provide them — your phone number and a short description of what you'd like to work on. We also record ordinary submission context: which page the enquiry was sent from, the service or location selected, and the date and time.

We use this to reply to you and arrange your complimentary introduction. The basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering an agreement.

Please don't include health, injury or medical details in the form. Anything relevant to your training is discussed with you directly during your introduction.

The Blueprint™ online training diagnostic asks about your current training state, your primary goal, your preferred training frequency, your main barrier or friction, your preferred coaching pathway or location, and your first name. You may optionally give an email address to have your result sent to you.

We use these answers to generate your result and, where you ask for it, to email it to you. The Blueprint does not collect health, injury, medical or physical-assessment information.

If you use Ask On Form, the question you type is sent to an AI service to generate an answer about coaching, locations and getting started. Please don't include personal or health information in your question.

Nothing optional runs until you choose. Before you make a choice, no measurement tags run and no optional information is stored on your device.

If you allow measurement, Google Analytics may process pseudonymous website measurement identifiers, device and browser information, referral information and interactions with the website to help us understand site usage. This information is not anonymous.

If you allow measurement, we also store the campaign details that brought you here (for example the search campaign or Google click identifier) on your own device for up to 90 days, and attach them to an enquiry you choose to send so we can see which campaigns work. If you choose Essential Only, these details are not stored and are never sent with your enquiry.

We do not use personalised advertising, and advertising personalisation remains switched off at all times.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie Preferences. Withdrawing removes the campaign details stored on your device and switches measurement back off.

• onform_consent_v1 — your privacy choice. Strictly necessary, so it is stored either way.
• onform_attribution_v1 — campaign details, stored for up to 90 days and only after you allow measurement.
• Google Analytics measurement identifiers, only after you allow measurement.

Your enquiry is stored in our secure lead system and a notification is emailed to us through our email provider. Measurement information is processed by Google where you have allowed it. We don't sell your information or share it for third-party marketing.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage the coaching relationship, and then removed. Campaign details on your device expire after 90 days.

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Email vish@onformldn.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
