Rather than handing you another generic programme, we'll build a personalised coaching plan based on your goals, lifestyle, training experience and daily routine.

    Building muscle is one of the most effective ways to support sustainable weight loss. Rather than spending endless hours doing cardio, we'll prioritise progressive strength training to help improve body composition, increase confidence and support long-term health. Strength training also helps preserve muscle while losing weight, creating a stronger, healthier body rather than simply a lighter one.

    Practical Nutrition

    Healthy eating shouldn't feel restrictive. Instead of rigid meal plans or eliminating foods you enjoy, I'll help you build practical nutritional habits that fit around work, family and everyday life. The objective is to make better decisions consistently—not chase perfection.

    Daily Habits

    Results are built between sessions. We'll work on improving the small behaviours that have the biggest long-term impact, including movement, sleep, recovery, consistency and daily routines. Small improvements repeated consistently almost always outperform extreme short-term approaches.

    Accountability

    Knowing what to do isn't usually the problem. Doing it consistently is. Regular reviews, progress tracking and ongoing support help keep you accountable, adjust the plan when needed and celebrate progress along the way. Coaching provides structure, confidence and someone in your corner throughout the journey.

    Sustainable weight loss isn't about following restrictive diets. I'll help you build a healthier relationship with food through practical nutritional guidance, realistic strategies and simple habits that fit around your lifestyle. Rather than aiming for perfection, we'll focus on building consistency that lasts. Nutrition guidance is provided within my scope of practice as a Level 3 Personal Trainer.

    Habit Coaching

    Long-term success comes from the habits you build between training sessions. Together we'll develop routines that support your goals—from increasing daily movement and improving sleep to creating healthier behaviours that become part of everyday life. Small changes, repeated consistently, create lasting results.

    Progress Reviews

    Weight is only one measure of progress. We'll regularly review body measurements, progress photos, strength improvements, energy levels, confidence and lifestyle habits to ensure you're moving in the right direction. Your programme evolves as you do.

How we measure success.

Successful weight loss is about much more than the number on the scales.

While body weight can be a useful measure of progress, it rarely tells the whole story. My coaching focuses on building healthier habits, improving body composition and creating sustainable results that last.

Together we'll track a range of meaningful indicators so you can see progress from every angle—not just one number.

    Getting stronger is one of the clearest signs that your body is adapting positively. We'll track progress across key exercises as your confidence and performance improve.

  2. Body Measurements

    Measurements such as waist, hips and chest often show meaningful progress even when the scales move more slowly.

  3. Progress Photos

    Regular progress photos provide an objective way of seeing the physical changes that are often difficult to notice day to day.

  4. Body Composition

    Where appropriate, we'll use body composition data to look beyond weight alone and better understand how your body is changing over time.

  5. Energy & Lifestyle

    Better sleep, improved energy levels, increased confidence and healthier daily habits are all valuable signs that the coaching is working.

Hi, I'm Vish, founder of On Form LDN and a Level 3 Personal Trainer based in North London.

Before becoming a personal trainer, I spent over 15 years working in demanding leadership and growth roles. I understand first-hand how difficult it can be to prioritise your health when work, family and everyday life compete for your attention.

That's why my coaching is built around a simple philosophy: evidence-based training, realistic nutrition guidance and sustainable habits that fit around real life—not quick fixes or generic programmes.

I work with busy professionals, parents and beginners who want more than just a workout plan. They want accountability, structure and someone genuinely invested in helping them succeed.

Rather than chasing rapid results, we'll focus on building sustainable habits that lead to steady progress over time.

No. My coaching isn't based around restrictive diets or cutting out the foods you enjoy. Instead, I'll help you build healthier eating habits that fit around your lifestyle and support your goals long term. The aim is to create an approach you can realistically maintain rather than something that only works for a few weeks.

Not necessarily. Cardio can absolutely play a role in improving cardiovascular fitness and supporting energy expenditure, but it isn't the foundation of every successful weight loss programme. We'll usually prioritise progressive strength training alongside daily movement and sensible nutrition, helping you improve body composition while building strength and confidence.

Absolutely. Many of my clients have tried multiple diets or fitness programmes before coming to me. Often the challenge isn't a lack of motivation—it's following plans that don't fit around real life. Yes. If you're using a GLP-1 medication, I can tailor your training, nutrition guidance and coaching approach to support your goals alongside it. Any medical advice regarding medication should always come from your GP or prescribing clinician, but we can work together to help you build strength, maintain muscle and establish healthy habits during your weight loss journey.
