After your complimentary consultation, I'll build your first personalised workout plan around your goals, schedule and the equipment you have access to — whether that's a full commercial gym, a home set-up or a mix of both.

You'll train independently, with clear guidance for every session and a structured weekly check-in to keep things on track. Video form reviews, programme tweaks, nutrition coaching prompts and ongoing conversation happen in between.

Programmes are reviewed and rewritten on a rolling basis as your strength, conditioning and confidence evolve — so your online coaching always matches where you are now, not where you started.

Technology is the delivery method. The coaching is the work.

Hi, I'm Vish — founder of On Form LDN and a Level 3 Personal Trainer based in North London.

Online coaching, done properly, is some of the most rewarding work I do. It gives clients the structure and expertise of a great coaching relationship — built into the way they actually live and train.

My approach is calm, intelligent and evidence-based. We'll never chase intensity for its own sake. Instead, we'll build something sustainable that fits realistically into your life.

No. Programmes can be built around a commercial gym, a residential or apartment gym, a home set-up or a mix of all three. We'll design your plan around the equipment and space you actually have access to — including travel weeks.

You'll have a structured weekly check-in alongside ongoing access between sessions for questions, form feedback and adjustments. The cadence is built around how much accountability and support you want.

Absolutely — this is a popular hybrid personal training set-up. Many clients book occasional in-person sessions across King's Cross, Islington or Marylebone and run online coaching during the rest of the week. It's a flexible blend that suits busy London schedules.

It can be, with the right structure. For complete beginners I usually recommend a short block of in-person sessions first so we can establish technique and confidence, then transition into ongoing online coaching. If you're newer to training, the Beginner Personal Training programme is a natural starting point.
