Yes. If your building has a suitable gym or training space, I'm happy to coach you there. It's a convenient option for many busy professionals who want to fit training around work and family life.

We'll begin with a relaxed conversation about your goals, current fitness level, lifestyle and any injuries or medical considerations. You'll then experience a complimentary taster session so you can get a feel for my coaching style and decide whether we're the right fit to work together.

Yes. Alongside face-to-face coaching, I offer personalised online coaching, tailored training programmes and ongoing accountability to help you stay consistent wherever you train. As On Form LDN continues to evolve, I also plan to introduce carefully selected technology and AI-supported features to further enhance the coaching experience. My philosophy will always remain the same: technology should support great coaching, never replace the personal relationship.

This depends on your goals, lifestyle and experience. For most people, two to three structured sessions each week combined with regular movement is enough to build strength, improve fitness and create lasting results. During your consultation we'll create a realistic plan that works around your schedule.
